I always stay at this hotel. Great staff, helped me find my lost bracelet. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, gym. Coming back for Christmas. No regrets.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. Het personeel was ongelooflijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk, en kon niet genoeg voor ons doen. Ze behandelden al onze verzoeken en vragen geduldig en zorgvuldig, met oog voor elk detail. De kamer was geweldig - alles wat we nodig hadden en meer. En het uitzicht op de stad en Mount Fuji was adembenemend. Gelukkig was de ligging van het hotel vlakbij twee metrostations erg handig, waardoor we gemakkelijk de stad konden verkennen. Al met al een fantastische ervaring.
Ik kon niet langer blijven.
